Bio:
Steve is the Vice President of ATA National Title Group, which is his latest achievement in a long and successful career. Earning his JD in 1985 from Valparaiso University, he went on to gain more than 30 years of experience in the industry, from consulting and coordinating underwriting activities to executing multi-million dollar transactions.
Specializing in working through commercial real estate issues, Steve built his reputation of quality and success through his knowledge in multi-site and multi-state transactions, and also coordinating resolutions for title and escrow related underwriting issues with customers, agents, and staff. His continued involvement in local bar associations promotes his dedication to excellence. Steve’s vast experience and attention to detail make him a valuable asset in consulting with all parties to commercial transactions.
