Talon Title Agency is seeking a highly motivated Title Typist to join our team.
Bachelor or Associates degree or minimum of 4 years experience in the title insurance industry required.
The main responsibility of the Title Typist is to correctly enter informational data into the in-house computer system from the write-up sheet as provided by the Examiner and to review all documentation for accuracy. Working knowledge of title insurance commitment/policies is not required but a plus.
Qualified candidate must be professional and organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Ability to interact with company associates is critical.
Other job duties will include lending back-up support to receptionist, answering 10 incoming lines and greeting customers. Individual must possess outstanding typing, spelling, and proofreading skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 application.

Seeking experienced Escrow Officers and Title Processors to join our team. Interpret/prepare HUD statements; prepare/assemble closing packages; balance/disburse files; post-closing process of warehousing all files. Working knowledge of commitment/policies. Excellent computer, typing and proof-reading skills. Full benefits package.
Superior customer service skills required; have the ability to work independently and as a team player; must be able to multi-task and work on a variety of files.
3+ years experience in Residential transactions, commercial experience not required but a plus.
