With over 37 years of experience (27 years with Chicago Title), Howard has underwritten transactions in the Chicago Metro Area from the simplest refinance to major commercial development projects. Howard’s knowledge of title law and underwriting is unsurpassed. Under the auspices of Chicago Title and the Illinois State Bar Association, Howard has written numerous articles relating to real estate law and practice. Howard received his Law Degree from DePaul University, College of Law.

Erin joined GMT in December 2014 after serving six years as a National Events Coordinator with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Sharon has been in the title insurance industry over 28 years (20 of those with Chicago Title). Besides her extensive experience with title and escrow issues, she has served in the title industry as a commercial accounts manager, a residential sales manager and a marketing director. Sharon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and has led numerous management, sales training and public speaking programs. With a strong commitment to customer service, Sharon has been successful in growing business partnerships through her understanding and communication of client needs.

Dave received his MBA from St. John’s University in Jamaica, N.Y., graduating with honors. He entered the title insurance business in 1986 with The Ticor Title Guarantee Company of New York. Having worked his way through various levels of management positions, he joined Chicago Title Insurance in Chicago in 1994 as the Lake County Manager when CT acquired Ticor. Dave, along with the other members of the team, used his 28 years in the business to build a title agency that provides excellent customer service to the real estate community. Dave is twice a Past President of the Illinois Land Title Association.
